We are offering free meal preps to the local LEOs, first responders and our incredible dispatchers impacted by the events of the last 2 days. This is but a small gesture compared to their brave and tireless efforts in keeping our little town safe. From the bottom of our hearts, our LEO family to yours... THANK YOU. James was a sweet and hilarious dude. Some friends of ours have been doing themed dinners with their teens! Each night mom, dad or one of the teens makes dinner that fits with that weeks theme! I loved this so much I decided to start doing it with my kids (easier recipes since my oldest is just 5 years old!) This week is Disney favorites! I will be taking inspitation from our favorite Disneyland treats and favorite Disney movies. Good Morning SLO! I am getting and reading all your sweet messages and want to say thank you for your continued support. As of today, Chef Eva Marie is booked thru May and June for private events. We understand that with current social distancing suggestions in place, many of you are choosing to go with a small private event and we are working on increasing staff to meet these needs! ... Unfortunately we are still unable to accommodate delivery clients at this time as our new kitchen is slooooowly being built. Due to the shut down, our appliances and new cabinets/flooring etc are all sitting in closed warehouses somewhere. As soon as we have a firm timeline on reopening I promise to post here! Stay safe everyone and thank you for keeping us employed Ps. Here is a photo of my delicious Vietnamese inspired lunch! Shrimp, rice noodles, herbs and lettuce from our garden, almonds and crispy onions! I made some diluted fish sauce for dressing too. Was the perfect light lunch for a day at the river.

No new class today, we had a virtual Read Run Relay for our eldest and now we're gonna celebrate with some pizza from The Slice in Paso Robles!! See you next week for a great kids cooking class!
