The University Union’s UNIQUE Programs and Student Orgs & Leadership are proud to host a lecture featuring author, activist, advocate Feminista Jones on Wednesd...ay, February 17 at 12 pm via Zoom. This event is FREE and open to the general public. Jones will be speaking on Social Media & Social Justice in the 21st century. She will address how activists are using social media to organize movements for social justice and will also address Black Twitter, movement organizing, using social media platforms for social change and the context of "Reclaiming Our Space." @sacstate saves lives with blood drives! We are hosting a blood drive today at the Scottish Rite Center (6151 H Street- just across the street from campus) from 12 pm- 5 pm. However, walk-ins are welcome too. Blood donation saves the lives of accident victims, surgery patients, cancer pat...ients and many others in need. Blood donation is needed now more than ever.
