There's a lot of uncertainty out there right now. This is your reminder that it's okay to feel anxiety, to talk about it, and to get help if you need it. Don't forget that Student Health and Counseling Services has counselors who can talk over the phone. Call them at 916-278-6461. You aren't alone.

The deadline for history scholarships is May 1, that is coming up fast! Now is the time to draft statements and ask faculty for letters. The system is a little different this year. All scholarships are in a central location with a central application. Just search "history" and you will see all the great opportunities available.
