Sacramento Samoan SDA Church 09.11.2020

Happy Thursday Church Family! Hope you all remember the 3 Essential Needs Daily; 1) Pray in the morning 2) Pray at Noon... 3) Pray in the evening Here are the announcements for this Sabbath: *Outdoor service *Sabbath School at 9:30am *Lesson Study at 10am *Sermon livestream at 11:30am *Tithes and Offering SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: WE will have Potluck but we would like to keep it light. If you can bring a sack lunch that would be great. We still have to comply with the safety precautions of the COVID-19. Please also wear mask during outdoor service and potluck. Our compliance with these matters are very much appreciated. 1 Corinthians 16:13 & 14 Be on your guard, stand firm in the FAITH, be COURAGEOUS, be STRONG DO EVERYTHING IN LOVE This past weekend we, the WM of our Church went on a retreat to end the 40 days of prayer that we had going on. It was a wonderful weekend. God’s love and presence was felt from the beginning to the end. We are so blessed to be able to fellowship with each other. We shared encouragements, laughter, meals, and above all God’s Word and doing what we do best PRAY. That’s what we’re all about....We pray for anything and everything. We pray for anyone and everyone. The Bible verse above to me describes our Women Ministry. Our guard is never down because we pray in Love. Our Faith will always be firm because We stand in Love. We will always be courageous because we Love. We will always be strong because we Love. Everything that we do it’s because of LOVE. So yes Church Family, We do EVERYTHING in Love. Why love? We must love him because he first loved us. 1John 4:8 He that love and does not know God, does not know love because God is Love. Elder Ruth Unutoa said some wonderful and beautiful closing remarks to end our retreat. It’s about being Faithful....Be Faithful to your spouses, to your family, your work, your friends, your neighbors, your tithes and offerings, your church, your self, and mostly be faithful to God. See Church Family, when you do everything in Love, you become Faithful in what you do. Bring Peace to yourself, nourish it so your Faith will grow, then cover it with Love so you can GLOW!!! Thank you so much church families for your continuous support and prayers. Continue to pray and fast for healing and strength and peace. Remember to Pray, Forgive and Love like Jesus. Continue to fellowship and pray with each other. Walking and volleyball continues at the park. Fundraising this Sunday by Team 2. Come out support like you always do. Stay safe and be safe everyone. Keep a song in your heart and whisper a prayer God bless everyone!, Lua

Good Evening, Church Family! Another beautiful day to be thankful and grateful for the gift of life. It’s always good to start the day with a little devotion to the one who makes it possible. Everyday is different. Each day has its own problems and the mood is sometimes not good. So why not seek the Healer. We must continue to seek him while he may be found and call him while he is near. Give him all your burdens and make your day easier to enjoy. We must continue to seek the... baptism of the Holy Spirit daily. It will help with our spiritual growth and journey. We need to remember, Tomorrow is not promised, Yesterday is gone, and Today well you know. One of my favorite:But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you Matt. 6:33. Remember Church Family without God, we are Nothing. Announcements for this Sabbath: Outdoor Church Service Sabbath School at 9:30am Lesson study at 10am Sermon livestream at 11:30 on FB Our speaker: Pastor Mata’afa. Tithes and Offering Potluck Thank you Church Family for your continuous love and support. Also thank you for the prayers. We can never get enough of prayers. More Prayer More Power . So continue to pray and fast for healing and strength. Pray for peace. Pray, Forgive, and Love like Jesus. A lot of our prayers have been answered because of our perseverance. Pray and fellowship with one another. If you want someone to pray with or have a prayer request let us know. WM are always available to assist.
