Golden Empire Summer Quest Program, hosted by Sacramento START under the leadership of Mrs. Brianna Lawson and her staff. The students activities represented a theme-"Under the Sea." The staff and students had a great time.

Garden Valley ES, Sacramento START....Ending their summer program with a blast of culture...

Ms. Brigette, aka Ms. B taught the students of Sacramento START to paint free hand on July 2, 2015 at Garden Valley ES. Fostering creativity in a child is important. Children who paint learn to think with an open mind, to look at situations creatively. They learn to express themselves more deeply through their art and their words. They’re able to take the lessons learned through painting and apply those skills to new situations. They develop critical-thinking skills and must make decisions about what works and what doesn’t on their own.

The Sacramento START program dedicated June 10, 2015, to celebrating our staff and all their hard work by having an "Appreciation Day."

At Glenwood Elementary School the Sacramento START program and OSTL, Olga have started a garden club. The students care and manage the garden onsite. The students take pride in their garden. Many of the student's have started their own personal gardens at home.

The Frontier START program students get their costumes. The kids are very excited about their performance on May 5th at 5:30 p.m. with the B Street Theatre.
