Thankful Thursday! As many of you may or may not know, I am an active volunteer in the community. I enjoy serving and volunteering my time in between my family and real estate. I know, I know! People say "How do you do it?" I am not sure, but if I can, I will! I serve as President of the Franklin High School Booster Club, Site Council for Toby Johnson Middle School, Board Member for Elk Grove Police Department Chief's Advisory Board and Board of Director and VP of Communi...ty Affairs for OCA Sacramento Asian Pacific American Advocates. Serving my community and volunteering my time has given me purpose above and beyond everything else I do. These are not paid positions, but my heart can't help but serve! I am reaching out to all of you for donation to OCA Sacramento. We have joined in on the Big Day of Giving on May 6th and I have an individual goal of $500 to reach. It held many amazing memories for this family and certainly wanted the next buyer to love it just as much. It was quite a frenzy with over 60+ showings, over 21 offers and closing literally $65,000 over the list price. Waiving appraisal and As-Is, seller to make no repairs. ... We had some bumps in the road with a buyer cancelling the first round and then going back into contract with multiple offers the second round. They are well qualified and large cash down payment but yet out bidded like crazy!... They opted to get on a waitlist for over 2 1/2 months with a builder and finally a lot and floor plan they love has become available for them and we went into contract today!
