We are heading into Winter (and hopefully more rain)! Values are remaining stable in most of the Greater Sacramento Market. Historically, volume decreases and days on market show a slight increase. This is a great time for borrowers who are looking for deals as prices also show a slight dip in the Winter months. Happy House Hunting!
