If you purchased a home in the last year--double check that your county has your taxes updated. YOU are responsible for the taxes for 2021 and they want them NOW. I do not think Yolo County has updated the records. Several clients are calling tax bills to the wrong person. Just letting you know. If you paid sale taxes--ignore this but Yolo County has property taxes for each mobile home---personal property taxes--

Covid has been here for 9+ months now....and winter is looming. I just downloaded the list for all mobile homes on MLS--in ALL Age Parks. Not senior parks. I have been getting many texts and calls for homes. I personally have no listings but here is a page of just 24 homes. YOU must go to the park and find out what they need for qualifying. Usually it is 3 times the rent--plan on at least $700 if not more. Good credit is also a must. It depends on the park. There are soooo many parks in this city. Drive around.
