Yoga Update! I am now teaching Baby & Me Yoga for babies age 6 weeks to newly crawling at RAW Yoga Center on Tuesday mornings at 9:30am. It's just $10/Drop In and/or you can buy a 10 class pass for $90. RAW also offers another class for crawlers up to age 2 on Thursdays. Hope to see you! <3

Don't forget! January Series of Mom (or dad!) & Baby Yoga starts next Friday 1/6! Spend an hour each week reconnecting to your body and bonding with your baby through the power of Yoga. Classes focus on areas of the body that hold the most tension when mothering young babies. All babies cry and have needs here you are able to enjoy some beneficial exercise and meet other moms, while tending to your baby as needed in a relaxed and supportive environment.
