I had a dream last night, I’ve been up since 1:45 AM. In a nutshell, it was my own reawakening When there is darkness there is just as much light if not more. yin / yang Time for us each to go within and evaluate who we are and what we want. I am a healer, teacher, and my warrior was just reignited I choose love over hate! (hate is a learned behavior). Those of us that have hate in our heart, now is the time to go deep within and understand why... and make peace with i...t. In Chinese medicine the energy of ‘anger’ is to propel us forward not to hurt. Being a human on this planet at this very moment is so powerful , it’s time for us to each transformer ourselves for the benefit of humanity and this planet I will share my dream later, once I am able to condense all the learnng that came with it... Somewhat overwhelming. In a nutshell we all have a role to play in this world and the easiest way to raise your vibration: meditate / prayer, be in nature, listen to classical music or the sounds of nature, doing good deeds, smile at everyone, And above all go deep within acknowledge your own demons and choose to change that behavior. Your vibration affects those around you, so if you truly love ur family, then make the shift and intern they will feel the energy and grow with you. We are in a tremendous growth opportunity. Each one of us has a responsibility to take it by the horns and create change for the better LOVE TO YOU ALL... its so simple..
