Originally from Campbell, he's worked at Gordon Biersch, Rock bottom, and flying dog in denver. To name a few of the brewhouses he's called his own over the last 20 years. With all that experience this is Jim's first nut bar ever that came in with our recent grain order. We've got a touch over 100 pounds of lactose waiting to be brewed next week....
