Rynerson O'Brien Architecture, Inc. has received a Partners in Preservation Award from the Oakland Heritage Alliance for our previous work on a Rockridge-based project. Congratulations to owners Kevin and Agnes Faughnan whose hard work and dedication have finally paid off.

On Sunday, November 3, 2013 Stephen Rynerson of Rynerson O'Brien Architecture, Inc. was invited to give a lecture on "Historically Appropriate Additions & Alterations to Period Structures" to members and guests of the Alameda Architectural Preservation Society.

Winners of the 2013 Palladio Award for Restoration & Renovation for their work on the McDonald Mansion, Rynerson O'Brien Architecture, Inc. and Paul Duchscherer's efforts are detailed in the current issue of Period Homes Magazine.

ROBA, along with Clearheart Design & Building, Lynne Rutter & Myron Olson were recently acknowledged by the Alameda Architectural Preservation Society for their work on this Queen Anne. Now, the porch and facade re-imagining is featured in their June 2013 newsletter and attached here for all to see.
