Pursing a creative project can be a great way to lift our spirits and create something meaningful amidst these uncertain times. To honor our collective creativity, we are opening submissions for Enduring Inspiration: Creativity at Home, a community installation we will be hosting later this year. Everyone is encouraged to submit their creative works for consideration. Learn more about the project and how you can participate at www.ruthstable.org/enduring-inspiration-exhibition Questions? During this deeply isolating time, it is vital to stay connected to ourselves and each other as self-isolation and loneliness can pose huge challenges to our health. Over at RT, we have adapted to ensure that all of our participants stay connected and engaged, using the power of creativity to lift our spirits and bring us together as we stay apart. We are working remotely to offer language-based support, virtual classes, deliver care packages and creative supplies, tailored to the diverse needs and abilities of our participants. If you or someone you know are interested in adding more creativity to your life during this time, email us at [email protected].

Amid the heightened concern over coronavirus (COVID-19), Ruth's Table is taking precautionary steps to ensure the health and safety of our participants, visitors, and volunteers. As a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the older adult community, the wellbeing of our core participants is at the heart of everything we do. As a precautionary action, we have posponed or canceled all our public programs and events for the remainder of March. Ruth's Table gallery, including our cu...rrent exhibition Echoes of Bauhaus Photography, remains open to visitors by appointment only. We invite you to experience the exhibition remotely with a Museums at Home Telephone Tour on March 25, 2020 at 1-3pm.
