So far after 6 days of posting content consecutively I’ve had two new realtors reach out about program questions and had two people reach out for information about refinance! . One of them is filling out an application as we speak! Possible $640,000 loan amount.... . I got a call in the morning from a number I did not have saved . I answered as always . He begins to tell me the situation and asked if I can help . I of course said yes! Would love to help! I asked him where did you get my contact information? I always want to know where people come from or are referred from! . He then tells me his wife loves to scroll through facebook and Instagram and came across my videos! How cool is that!?? . Do you think I would have had a chance at this deal if I wasn’t posting daily? Probably not !! The key of content is to give value and also stay top of mind with people. . This stands for debt to income ratio. For this video I’m using less than 50 percent as an example but typically depending on the program you want to be around 43-45 ! . Add up all your monthly payments that are on your credit. Credit cards , student loans or car payments etc .... Plus your new proposed mortgage payment . You want that number to be less than half of your total monthly income! . Don’t open up new credit cards or do anything crazy during a refinance or home purc...hase .
