RIP Mr. Panopoulos, a Greek immigrant to Canada along with his two brothers, created the original Hawaiian pizza. Rustica's version, The Big Kahuna, was adapted by the four Greek American Rustica brothers. It has pancetta, Canadian bacon and pineapple. We honor you Mr. Panopoulos and thank you for your inspiration.
