I am extremely chicken when it comes to going to the dentist and he put me right at ease with his gentle and caring nature. Starting from the very informative and helpful guidance of Amanda in Administration, to the very thorough and caring care of my Hygienist Terri, the wonderful "dental modeling" of Jessica with her Invisalign, and finally to the very kind and professional "chair-side" manner of Dr. Robert, it was a very pleasant experience! I am definitely happy that I came here for my dental needs and I plan on continuing to come as a patient here. I am also seriously considering other dental services they provide as well. Dr Robert and his staff Jessica and Amanda are the absolute best. I have had extensive dental work done in his office. Every visit was painless and very thorough. Dr Robert explained every procedure and answered all my questions. The team made sure I was comfortable every second in the chair and worked with me on payments. When I first came to him it was to fix something that was horribly done by a previous dentist. He's so gentle, patient, thorough, knowledgeable and to top it off his work is the absolute best in my opinion! I travel an hour to get to him because great dentist are hard to come by. My first contact was receiving a text... - by Laure S. My first contact was receiving a text message from the office asking if I wanted to stay on their contact list. Since I had no idea who the text was from, the lovely Amanda responded in a very friendly upbeat manner and I was so impressed that I ended up scheduling an appointment. When I arrived, I was happy to have a cup of coffee with with the lactaid free creamer! When I went to give my insurance card, Amanda responded... I already have your information and called the insurance company! (Amazing...) Having a full set of x-rays is never pleasant for me due to the structure of my mouth, but the very patient Jessica managed to do it with care. Then I met Dr. Hedvat who proceeded to give me a very thorough examination. He was especially helpful in explaining and showing me exactly why I was having pain where I had relatively recent dental work completed. This is not a dentist who will sell you a bill of goods with procedures that don't need to be done.
