Happy Sunday morning. Just a quick note and thought for the day. I want future parents to know that Rush 2 Learning LLC does not discriminate. This statement comes after having two parents this week not want to bring there children to our center because we have MALES/Men of various ethnicities working here. In our small valley we have many households that do not have positive role models. We value all of our employees and are thankful to have each and everyone of them. I ...do understand that childcare is manly a female dominated field. I consider it a blessing that we are able to have two (three one on our sub list) positive male influencers at our small center. Our employees share the daily duties this includes diapering children. Our staff work hard everyday. Childcare is a very important part of many households it allows parents to work without having to worry about your child/children being safe. I just wanted to throw this out there to save me time and to maybe give you the parent a different perspective on males in the childcare setting. See more

CDC put out new regulations for fully vaccinated people. See link below. (Copied from Facebook post) If you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, you can start doing some things again, like gathering indoors with other fully vaccinated friends and family without wearing a mask. You can gather indoors with unvaccinated people from one other household (like relatives who all live together) without masks, unless any of them is at increased risk for severe illness from COVID-19.
