Have you adopted your election policy yet? Remember SB323 was signed January 1st and all HOAs must have a new policy or new bylaws that adhere to the new election policy. We have been sending emails since October of last year to our clients. You can’t have an election or a balloted assessment without the new policy. Please inquire if needed.

We are open and servicing our clients during this time. We are essential workers according to the mandate. Property managers are necessary and we are available to assist you.
