A small craft brewery in Los Angeles (Torrance), California creating artisanal beers inspired by Belgian-ish farmhouse and monastic brewing traditions and philosophy.

Commissioned by a car collector and Contractor, the Manhattan Beach residence is designed not simply to accommodate their rotating installations of cars, but also as fun beach home away from city life. The 1,800 sq. ft. home showcases views over three stories, which remain comfortable and livable while allowing for both informal entertaining and large scale formal receptions.

Steven Pugh decided to store his classic car collection in a Rubenstein Architects-designed, single-story office building over enclosed garage that introduces a vernacular architecture in modern form. Adhering to a strict planning module that provides flexibility for Steven's constantly changing needs, the building incorporates offices linked by a spacious outdoor walkway. The design is enhanced by ample natural lighting and environmentally conscious materials.
