We’ve (and by we I mean Shawna, of course!) created a private FB group where you can watch workout videos by your fabulous coaches, vent, rant, share ideas and recipes, encouraging words, jokes, etc. Just go to Rock Steady Boxing WarriorFit Talk on FB or click the link below and request to join. We’ll let you in the secret chat room( Shawna tells me that is sooo 1995).... You could even take a video of yourself working out and send that to the group. How fun is that?! How do you do that, you ask? I have no idea, but that’s what the Group is for! Let the frolicking begin!

The 3rd Annual ROCK STEADY BOXING VALENTINES DAY CELEBRATION OF HEARTS!!! So much love in one space! So many kind souls filling the entire area with love and devotion. It’s so wonderful to have Rancho Cordova, Elk Grove, and El Dorado Hills, Rock Steady Boxing all together to celebrate! A big thank you to Kevin Quinn-Owner/Head Coach for making sure it’s an annual event. His dedication to his boxers never waivers. Top priority is an understatement. First; let me say that I’m writing this because Kevin is just too broken hearted. Kevin and little Miss Christy Power were a special team. We all loved her so much. I personally remember our first meeting in my office. I immediately felt the need to protect her. Kevin took her under his wing from day one. Christy’s light, kind heart, determination, bright spirit, resilience, dedication, concern for her fellow boxers, and genuine love for all, will be sorely missed. She foug...ht hard. She’s at peace now. Just too much for such a petite girl to fight. Kevin’s devoted wife Lisa assisted in helping little Christy Power to fight repeatedly. Our Rock Steady Boxing coaches assisted endlessly. Christy Power; you will be missed and in all our prayers! We love you and are truly blessed to have had you in our lives.
