*ATT FIRSTNET* This message is for all the US Forrest Service Incident Management Teams. Please send this 800 number out and following message: If you are responding to a Fire or Incident on behalf of the US Forrest Service and need FirstNet Deployable to support all the FirstNet Customers who are at Base Camp or the ICP please follow the below process. I also need you guys to please email [email protected] and notify her you need FirstNet to respond on your Incidents.... She will provide you your FAN once the contract is in place. 1)You will need to ask in the morning briefing which Agencies are on FirstNet. If someone in the joint command is a FirstNet Customer or your home Agency is on FirstNet you will need to acquire that FirstNet Account Number prior to calling into FirstNet Customer Care: 800-574-7000. If they ask you for a Pin use 1062 2) Only FirstNet devices will connect to a FirstNet Deployable. Trouble shooting tip - make sure your Device says FirstNet as the carrier. The device needs to be Band14 with a Black Sim to be truly a FirstNet Device 3) Any First Resoonder who’s on ATT please immediately get onto FirstNet it’s the only network which will be able to get through in a disaster on the network for public Safety (deployable, Satetlite Sonim Kit’s, etc) a regular ATT device is not going to help you only FirstNet will. 4) For all the COMLs please follow the IROC process if you need a cache of FirstNet Devices or Nighthawks (this applies to CA) only which CalOES has the resources. 5) after you follow all these steps and still need assistance call me or text me: 7076400418
