RPAL CrossFit Kids

Yesterday was a super hot day so we toned it down and a couple teens practiced their max box jump. 4 feet 1 inch was the max !!! Insane

CrossFit Kids class will be cancelled on the following dates: December 23, 25, 30 as well as January 1st. Classes resume January 6th 2014. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year :)

There will be no CrossFit Kids class on Wednesday November 27th ! Have a Happy Thanksgiving !

There will be no CrossFit Kids classes on Monday September 3rd. Everyone have a fun and safe Labor Day weekend !!!
