Happy Independence Day, America!
Outgoing President, Steve Orr, passes the Rotary Bell to incoming President, Jon Hove. Club members enjoyed a demotion party at the home of Bill & Linda Scott. Tradition says that the incoming President must retreive the Rotary Bell from the lake... But things don't always go according to plan.

A new hospital is coming and according to John Kozyra from Providence St. Mary, it will be a state of the art hospital that people will want to work at and will be able to take better care of High Desert patients.
