This week is National Customer Service Week, so we wanted to take a minute to share our appreciation for our amazing team here at Ross Organic. 2020 has been a year unlike any other and we are very grateful for how our customer service team has been able to adapt to these changes & challenges. Please join us in welcoming our newest addition to the Ross Customer Service team, Socorro Solis. Socorro comes to Ross most recently from KeHe Distribution, where she was a Transportation Supervisor. She has spent the past 10+ years in Transportation Logistics. Prior to Logistics, Socorro spent time at Brenntag as an Customer Service Representative. She enjoys spending time with her Mom and her 27 year old twin boys. She also spends most weekends at her Arrowhead home, hiking the trails. We are confident that her personality and drive will be a positive addition to the Ross Organic Team.

Last week the Ross Organic team participated in OSHA’s Safe + Sound Week by holding various virtual activities including a scavenger hunt and trivia; we were able to create events for both those working from home and those in our warehouse, as it's always good to think about safety no matter the environment. Safe + Sound Week is a nationwide event to raise awareness and understanding of the value of safety and health programs that include management leadership, worker partici...pation, and a systematic approach to finding and fixing hazards in workplaces.
