A quiet morning for Rossi's Towing at Twin Lakes Beach as summer draws to a close. For many folks, tomorrow heralds a return to the school year rush as classes start, bringing with it the inevitable traffic. Keep an eye out for the youngsters as they walk, run, and bike to school.
