F R E E The only word that keeps crossing my mind when I try to describe how I feel lately. I would have never thought a year ago I’d be posting a full body picture of myself in shorts and a crop top posing for a picture. These past few months have been incredibly life changing. Pushing myself the hardest I ever have, setting goals higher then I ever have before, and accomplishing them was SO rewarding I’ve learned so much about myself and my own *self-worth. I forgot ...how important it is to take care of your body, mind, and soul. I’ve never given myself enough credit for how much I’ve accomplished in these last 5 years. I started my business at the age of 20 not really knowing what I was doing or where this journey would lead. 5 years later I’ve learned and grown so much. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come and beyond thankful for those who have helped me along the way.
