Things are looking up around the cannoli factory. Our new batch of employees from Hillsdale are doing awesome and we are now open till 6pm, not on Sunday of course. Also, pistachio cannoli cream is available this friday. Happy summer!

Venetians, or rainbow cookies, use a combination of almond paste and flower, giving them a soft texture. The chocolate coating in this batch is guittard milk chocolate.
