RHCDS has gone to space! 5th grade had the opportunity to choose material to send in a weather balloon to the edge of space. They came up with all kinds of creative things to send to space such as Lego, magnets, Mentos, and more. They kept a control group of objects here on Earth while the other objects traveled in special containers to the edge of our atmosphere. What will happen to the material sent to space? Students will compare the objects to see what a trip 100,000 feet about Earth will do.

South Bay Athletic League Champions! Boys basketball won the championship game, 39-31 against Valor Christian Academy. The first time in ten years to win the championship title! A big thank you to our wonderful coaches, Head Coach, Mr. Brandon Miyoshi and Assistant Coach, Mr. Tristan Sinclair. We appreciate your encouragement, enthusiasm, motivation, and pushing us to do our best!
