Within the last 12 days, we celebrated 4 parties: the Super Bowl, Valentine’s Day, Mardi Gras, and, lastly, this afternoon we celebrated Chinese New Year! Happy Random Acts of Kindness Day! It was a group effort spreading the love at Rockville Terrace today. Memory Care put together some candy bags that we then passed around to Assisted Living residents in the dining room while they ate lunch. Our Halloween Party began with a costume parade, and then we ate ghost shaped potato chips, pumpkin shaped cookies, and pumpkin cheesecake, topped with whipped cream! We drank "Blood Orange" Italian soda and Halloween Ale! We had contests and raffles... and the winners received only the best... See's Candies. A Halloween to remember!
