Charlie would show up one hour early before every class to workout and still give the RSB training 110%. R...esearch suggests, however, that it might be doing even more. A 2011 study in the journal Physical Therapy showed improvements in walking, balance, performance of daily activities and quality of life in six people who boxed regularly. First Class Today and Our fighters Rocked The California Desert! 13 Boxers, some with Cornermen and women, worked a hard 90 class. It was a day full of firsts for all and a great way to start the New Year and New program. Assistant Coach Gloria Landau (Gumby) knows how to stretch us and get us in shape for the work outs like no other! Thank you volunteers. Next round....Thursday!

I'm pleased to announce we'll start our 90 minute work outs beginning January 5, 2016 at The Technique Training Center in Palm Desert. Classes will be offered from 11-12:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.
