Sacramento Real Producers Magazine notified me yesterday that I was in the top 500 realtors in our region for overall production in 2020. That’s the top 2% of area agents! It's always exciting when you are recognized in your field but I am extra thankful for this accomplishment because 5 years ago I uprooted my business and family to move from Orange County to Placer County. The idea was to trade the fast paced SoCal lifestyle, for a slower paced NorCal lifestyle, and plant n...ew roots in a great area to raise our boys near the mountains. We didn’t know anyone here at the time and I had to start my business from scratch. Last year was exceedingly challenging, as it was also my first full year as Broker/Owner of Black Oak Realty and we were in a global pandemic. There have been many challenges along the way and I am sure many more to come but I am prepared to tackle them. Now serving North Lake Tahoe. What a great time to purchase a 2nd home. May it be for personal use or rental/investment purposes you can’t go wrong. The demand is high and with all the online tools we have today it’s never been easier to secure weekly or seasonal renters.

2020 was a roller coaster ride but I ended up closing the year out by helping a total of 19 families. 12 buyers and 7 sellers for a total of $10,751,500 in sales volume with an Avg. Sale price of $565,868. Not my best year but I am thankful to have been able to help almost 20 families accomplish their real estate goals during a Pandemic! Let's see what 2021 holds.
