Oportunidad de Investigación para Sobrevivientes de Experiencias Sexuales no Deseadas California State University-Northridge está realizando investigaciones con sobrevivientes de una experiencia sexual no deseada cuyo trabajo o empleo fue (directa o indirectamente) afectado por la experiencia. Esta investigación se utilizará para comprender mejor si y por qué una persona puede contarle a alguien en su lugar de trabajo acerca de una experiencia sexual no deseada, y ...cómo esta divulgación puede afectar sus sentimientos sobre su lugar de trabajo. Si participando en este estudio de investigación nos ayudará a comprender cómo los lugares de empleo pueden apoyar mejor a los empleados que han tenido este tipo de experiencias. Si ha tenido una experiencia sexual no deseada y tiene 18-años-de-edad o más, deseamos conocer su experiencia y su decisión de revelar (o no) a alguien en su lugar de trabajo. Si le contó a alguien en el trabajo acerca de esta experiencia, deseamos escuchar sobre el apoyo que recibió y cómo esta experiencia afectó sus sentimientos sobre su lugar de trabajo. Si no se lo reveló a nadie en su lugar de trabajo, nos gustaría saber por qué decidió no revelar.
