Día de los Muertos is just around the corner, and it really got us thinking about family and loved ones. We are so grateful for all our ancestors who came before us, who embodied the Robledo family motto of strength, longevity, and grace, and who made us who we are today. Our 2019 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc has just been released and ready to taste! These Sauvignon Blanc grapes were grown on Robledo vineyards in Lake County, just north of Sonoma County. This sweet wine has flavors of apricot and honey, and pairs well with Brie cheese or goat cheese. Did you know? Anytime you see a wine with a late harvest on the label, it means it's a sweet wine. This is because when the grapes are harvested later (sometimes weeks or even months after the ...usual harvest) they become riper and therefore sweeter, which makes for a sweeter wine.
