Robin Brassfield-Cooper was recognized Monday as Woman of the Year for the 14th Senate District of California. Senator Andy Vidak helped recognize Brassfield-Cooper on the floor of the Senate during Monday’s Senate session. Robin is a role model not only to young women and girls, but to our entire community, said Vidak. Her entrepreneurial spirit and determination has helped her become a successful business owner who is regarded as one of the best in the industry across the state. In addition to her success as a business owner, she has continued to open doors for many others in the community. I am grateful for Robin’s commitment to Kern County and Bakersfield and I am honored to be able to recognize her for her incredible work. Retrieved from: www.vidak.cssrc.us
