We are still servicing our clients at 100% and we will be following CDC guidelines. Regarding open houses: we have shifted to promoting our listings with virtual open houses in lieu of the traditional open houses for the next few weeks. To maximize exposure, we are boosting our already extensive online advertising and outreach program, including pre-marketing campaigns. Our listings are still being shown and all showings will require the following: We will continue to ensure that buyers are preapproved and qualified prior to confirmation of appointment/showing. Shoe covers and hand sanitizer, or sanitizing hand wipes, to be used by agents/buyer's agents and clients before entering the home. Buyer's agent only shall touch doorknobs for opening and closing the door of the home, no touching of doors or items within home during the showing. (Please leave all interior doors open).
