I've head of some business owners contemplating changing their employee benefits offerings because Donald Trump was sworn in as President.But until we know which parts of the law are remaining and which are going to be dropped, I strongly recommend you remain in compliance with it until you've received advice from a credible source that requirements have changed.

Fox News says that there is "yet another ObamaCare surprise waiting for consumers: from now until the next open enrollment at the end of this year, most people will simply not be able to buy any health insurance at all, even outside the exchanges." How funny that for months, Fox News has been advising people to NOT buy insurance in protest of the new legislation. You can't have it both ways, Fox.
