Oh my! We are not worthy.

Nope, not a Covid graph. But related. This is my phone system at Roaring Mouse Cycles. This time last year we averaged 35 calls a day. On Friday we saw 180! The bike boom is real. Although with bikes now running out I feel like Thelma right after Louise gave her that look and floored it.

In order to quarantine dropped off bikes all repairs will need to be here 48 hours minimum. - Behave as if both you and my crew are infected... and just don't know it yet.

An amazing thing just happened. Roaring Mouse Cycles is closed for shelter-in-place. Small business shut down with 11 hours notice leaving no cash flow to pay the crew. The shop's race team, without me asking, started purchasing online gift certificates from the shop... Thousands of dollars worth of gift certificates. I now have enough cash to pay all my crew, and give them the option to stay home and be safe rather than being forced back to work to feed themselves and pay rent. Glory To The Mouse.

Shop Ride this Saturday 22nd. Our next monthly mouse ride is coming up this Saturday, 2/22. We're having this a week early this month to accommodate the Grasshopper Sweetwater race next weekend. Hope you can join us! This month's route will be a special treat. We'll be exploring SF dirt trails, including a venture over to the Laguna Honda trail network. Many of you have put in lots of volunteer hours to build that system. Let's go enjoy and admire!... As always, this will be a social pace and gravel/CX/MTB friendly. Meet at Roaring Mouse Cycles at 8:30a for coffee/pastries, roll out at 9a, back to the shop between 11a-12p. All mice and friends of the mice welcome. Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday!

Shop ride this Saturday 25th Jan. Mice and Friends - For those of you not heading up to the Low Gap mud-tacular, our next monthly Mouse ride is happening this coming Saturday 1/25. Rebecca Wolski will be your fearless leader for the day. ... The goal of the ride is to be a fun, social morning for teammates and friends to ride together. Meet at Roaring Mouse Cycles at 8:30a, roll out at 9a, return to the shop between 11a-12p. Free donuts and coffee at the start. All monthly mouse rides this year will be mixed-terrain adventures. Come ready with a CX or MTB bike. Mark your calendar. These rides are held the last Saturday of each month, with February being the exception when it'll be on 2/22. Spread the word to any of your non-Mouse cycling friends too. The more, the merrier! GTTM!
