During a panel discussion at yesterday's LIGHT Forum at Stanford University, OMB Director Mick Mulvaney and former OMB Director Peter Orszag discussed the future of healthcare delivery, regulation, and payment. The panel was moderated by former Governor of California Gray Davis and also included Mark McClellan of the Margolis Center for Health Policy at Duke University as well as Jay Bhattacharya, M.D. from the Stanford School of Medicine.
