We are proud to present our design for this new 2,400 sq ft. contemporary custom home. The resurrection of an older home on this site from the ashes of the Thomas Fire in Ventura County. One of many we hope to design for the victims of the Thomas Fire.

Every once in awhile we get the opportunity to design a contemporary home like this 5500 SQFT beauty. These preliminary designs for the new 5-bed, 5.5 bath custom home in Simi Valley take inspiration from a modern glass house, and traditional craftsman style. Raw materials like stone and reclaimed wood siding, contrast perfectly against the metal roof and tall glass windows. Giving an indoor-outdoor feel and blending in with the natural landscape.
