RM Architecture (Rubio Medina, Architect)

RM Architecture has been retained by the City of Newport Beach for multiple commissions in and around the City. The projects include the remodel of beach restrooms located at the Newport Beach Pier, an office build out at their Utilities Yard, and remodels at two community centers. We are excited about our continuing relationship with the City and being a partner for their future.

RM Architecture has been retained by the Inland Empire Utilities Agency to conduct a facility assessment, programming, and planning of a remodel of their operations building in the City of Ontario.

RM Architecture has been selected by the Orange County Water District to provide architectural and design services for the remodel of their Annex Building Locker Room at their headquarters in the City of Fountain Valley. The project will entail the complete upgrade of the locker, shower, and restroom.

The Laguna Beach Main Beach Restroom Replacement project is in full swing. Design is underway and we are working hand in hand with the City project management team, the community and other interested stakeholder groups to deliver a quality project for the City of Laguna Beach.

RM Architecture has been selected by the City of Irvine to provide architectural and design services for the upgrade of Turtle Rock Park Community Center. The project will entail upgrading the facility to be compliant with current accessibility standards including exterior patios, restrooms, lobby, stages, and hardware. RM Architecture was selected as part of an ongoing on-call contract with the City of Irvine.

RM Architecture has been selected by the City of Glendale Fire Department to conduct a department wide assessment of their facilities including eight fire facilities, fire training center, communications center, emergency medical services, fire prevention/permit services, and environmental management center. Including in scope will be a review of the Fire Department's standards of coverage which will be conducted by Citygate and Associates.

RM Architecture has been selected by the City of Laguna Beach to provide on call architectural services. The contract duration will be for three (3) years and include small projects in and around the City. RM Architecture is a full service architectural firm offering programming, design, construction documentation, construction administration and management services to both public and private clients. They are led by principal architect Rubio Medina who brings almost 25 years of experience in commercial, residential and industrial projects. Their goal is to provide personal client attention, attractive designs, and sustainable characteristics to projects of all scales built by varying clients.
