This kitchen remodel we replaced the cabinets and installed new granite counter tops. We modified cabinets to fit the existing pantry and we also removed the florescent lights and patched the ceiling to make it flush and installed LED recessed lights.

The homeowner of this remodel had an issue with mold and several cabinets had been effected. We replaced the cabinets and counter with new granite counters - we opened the wall up to bring the kitchen and dinning rooms together. There was florescent lights that we removed and installed new LED recessed lights and we trimmed the inside with matching crown molding. The homeowners washer and dryer was also moved to the garage and cabinets installed in their place.

This was a full rehab - the owners purchased as an investment property. We installed all new LVT flooring through out with carpet in the bedrooms, new kitchen with granite counter tops and full granite back splash, we refinished the oak trim on the florescent lights to match the cabinets, we updated the fireplace with new tile, new paint through out, we also re finished the master bathroom vanity.

We replace the insulation on the exterior walls and patched the drywall. Removed what was left of the existing kitchen cabinets and tile counter tops and installed new Ashton Gray Shaker cabinets with a Quartz counter top and mosaic tile back splash.

In order to keep the construction dust down we set up plastic walls with zippers for access and made sure the homeowners furniture and electronics were well covered.
