Hi everyone, hope you are all doing well and staying safe. Just wanted to give you an update on our opening. Our mineral Spring soaks are classified as hot tubs and therefore not allowed to re-open until the governor says the next phase may begin. Therapy services, which are allowed to begin today, all take place in somewhat small spaces (which our county recommends not take place yet if it’s in a small room) therefore we are going to delay massage therapy and facial services just a little bit longer. We are implementing a lot of new features that will increase the sanitation and safety of all of our guests and we appreciate your patience.

Good morning friends. We understand the importance of wellness in this time and take wellness very seriously. We believe relaxation reduces anxiety and is the trailhead to your wellness journey. We want to continue to help you in that process. At this time, River Oaks Hot Springs Spa is staying open and taking every measure of social distancing and providing ample space for the public to enjoy their visit. We are doing some things different to eliminate a crowded lobby or d...ressing room during peak hours so we stay within the recommended guidelines to keep everyone safe. We follow all rules when it comes to sanitation and chlorination of our geothermal mineral water. Additionally have implemented heath screenings for all staff, therapists and guests. We have also eliminated cancellation fees, so that guests who are sick can stay away without penalty. Breathe. Relax. Take space. We know that during this time of so many closures and home quarantines you may want to change your scenery a bit and enjoy a relaxing mineral soak.
