Dinner with our Butternut squash was delicious... Here is what I did.... In cast iron chopped onions, garlic cloves grilled in beer, butter, salt, and pepper until caramelized. Put those in with the butternut that had been preroasted, mashed, and cooked down in cream, salt, pepper, coriander, cinnamon.... Together made a great easy sauce served over oven roasted spaghetti squash boom done!
