So, first I’m posting this without being convinced it’s the perfectly filtered picture. But I am going to choose to find the gifts in being my authentic self and posting this without caring what anyone’s judgmental self thinks. I picked this book up at the library a couple of weeks ago and have been slowly working my way through it. Today, I read something that solved a problem I’ve been having for the several months. I’ve been trying to think of ways to cultivate more gratitude in my life. @brenebrown mentioned keeping a gratitude jar, which is a brilliant idea. And yes, the idea for a gratitude jar is in my gratitude jar.
