Great news, dance family! Our venue has confirmed our date! We'll be performing at Calvary Community Church (815 W Lathrop Rd in Manteca) on December 4th. The Showcase Packet will be handed out next week so you will have complete details (tickets, performance shirt, etc), but we wanted to announce the date and time right away. Let’s do it!

**If FB removed the music, just imagine In the Air Tonight is playing.** I still can’t believe that our rockstar Miss Debra is gone. She was my right hand, and many days my left hand too. She started as a dance mama, turned into a friend, then an employee. But really, she was family. If you were to look through the comments people have made about her the past few days, you’d learn how loyal, loving and fun she was. Family was everything to her. She kept people laughing, tha...t is for sure! She loved a good air drum solo, especially to her song, In the Air Tonight. She was the life of the party, and I have no doubt that she is in Heaven right now, dancing with Jesus and the angels. Miss Debra lived every day to the fullest and never held back. She’s not in pain anymore, and for that, I am so grateful. Miss Debra, we were lucky to know you and have you in our family for the past 20ish years. We dedicate all of our dances to you. You will always be part of RAD. We love you and we miss you. See more

We are SO excited to welcome Miss Tarah to our RAD family! Her favorite styles are hip hop, jazz and contemporary, and that’s exactly what she’ll be teaching next season! Tarah trained and competed in jazz, tap, ballet, pointe, hip hop, contemporary, modern and theatre for 10 years. She has an impressive professional dance career including the Soul Con Hip Hop team, the Stockton She Wolves, and the Golden State Warriors Dance Team. She currently serves as an assistant coach for the Warriors Dance Team too! Welcome, Miss Tarah!

It’s happening!! Tomorrow night (Friday, May 22) at 6:00 pm on Zoom. We’ll have 15 minutes of Frozen dance fun. Then at 6:15 Elsa will jump in to surprise us and watch us do a dance! She’ll do story time, sing a song, and do Princess Lessons. Please join us, and share with friends! This is a free event. Current dancers, find the link in your bulletin board tomorrow. Reminder that more costumes are in! Pick up at the studio today between 4-5 pm. The only costumes we are currently waiting for are some sizes for Ballet Level 4.

I think that moms are probably divided into two categories when it comes to how we want to spend Mother’s Day. . . . We either want to spend all day with our kiddos, or we just want some time to ourselves. . . . If you fall into the first category, here is a fun activity for you to do with your kiddos tomorrow! If you fall into the second category, I’m wishing you a hot cup of coffee, a substantial chunk of uninterrupted time to yourself, a marathon of your favorite binge...-worthy show, delicious food that you don’t have to share, and your favorite sips to end your day. . . .
