With the extensive and increasing distribution of vaccines, the decline in the number and severity of COVID cases, and the further easing of public health restrictions on activities, we are expanding the programs and activities available to members and preparing for an active summer at the Club.

Live-streaming video workouts are now available to Spare Time Sports Clubs members. Choose from a variety of your favorite instructors and workouts and stay active while you're at home. Beginning Monday, April 6, you can jump into a real-time workout and get your daily dose of high-intensity or strength-training workouts; or ease into a relaxing yoga class. Classes and workouts are available 7 days a week. The class schedule can also be viewed on your club's group exercise schedule on our website www.sparetimesportsclubs.com.

In addition to existing continuous cleaning protocols, we will add a rigorous, deep-cleaning and disinfecting process three times during the day and once at closing. Designated areas of the club may be sectioned off during the day to facilitate deep cleaning. We will be asking all staff members to support these rigorous cleaning protocols.
