Wednesdays 5:30 - 7:00 pm ages 8 -10 7:00 - 8:30 pm second session - ages 11-13 All sessions are a first come basis and will only allow 12 players per session in each group boys and girls.... Fees : Are to be paid in advance before sessions begin, you also will be required to sign in before the start time. There will be 4 sessions per month $150 per player or $250 for the 8 sessions a month which will give you both days of the week with a $50 discount. Defensive concepts, offensive skill progression, cutting concepts, playing without the ball, screening techniques, rebounding strategies, strength and conditioning all loaded into the 45 min. 30 min Scrimmaging with the theme of the day last 15 min.
