Yesterday was AMAZING!!! A huge thank you to everyone who came out. We are all thrilled to see your smiling faces. La Bodega slayed it, serving delicious sandwiches. The response to the new menu was phenomenal. @heritagebarbecue keeps on selling out! _ For today: We are completely out of Brisket and Smoked Turkey for the rest of the weekend (you better believe we will be ready for next weekend!!!), but we still have plenty of sausages. The remainder of the La Bodega/ Riip menu will be available. _ The sun is out and our patio is calling. Have you tried our newest hard seltzer?This latest iteration of Black Fang was brewed with blackberries and raspberries, giving it a beautiful reddish hue. Berries pop out of the glass as you take each sip. Available to enjoy on-site or take it home with you in one of our crowlers.

Our 5th anniversary week of releases continues with Shriimp & Griits. Last year we brewed this beer to celebrate our 4th anniversary and was aptly named after our 2019 Great American Beer Festival battle-cry (just ask @skipper_jones_ ). Mosaic, Strata and Vic Secret create massive ripe pineapple and dank citrus aromas and flavors.

The next beer we are tapping for our birthday celebration is a relatively new hazy, but this one has taken off as one of our favorites. It's no surprise, given the copious amounts of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe we use in this beauty. Playa Nublada is now on tap.

Cheers! Our 5th anniversary week is upon us. We wish we could throw a huge rager and have all of our friends over to celebrate. Alas, we had to figure out how to make our celebration a bit different, but no less awesome. Starting today we are going to be tapping a series of beers, some fan favorites, some blasts from past anniversaries and a new beer that our brewers are excited about! The first beer we are tapping as part of our celebration is one of our most requested be...ers, Myrcenaries. This West Coast banger is loaded with Cashmere Cryo hops, Mosaic and Simcoe. We will announce other beers as they are tapped. We hope you will join us all week long to celebrate!

Throughout our brew day, we take many samples to ensure that our beers are within spec. Quality is always at the forefront of every Riip beer.

Saturdays are for hanging and drinking beers with friends.

Understatement of the Year: We are excited about having the opportunity to select our Strata from @IndieHops this year! We have been in love with this hop since it hit the scene a few years ago. We are sampling 8 different lots to try to zone in an all of the characteristics we love about this particular varietal, dank, resinous weed but with a bright citrus, pineapple, tropical fruitiness.

Back in stock! We have brought back some of your favorite raised embroidery Riip and Lil' Riipers hats. We even added a couple new designs including the one shown here.

New beer Loose Trucks, 7.2% ABV WCIPA. Trying to nail a trick is like trying to perfect an IPA, it takes practice. Lots of practice. In our never-ending pursuit of hop happiness, sometimes we get to revisit the classics and locate something we might have previously missed. We are going back to our roots with this hoppy delight. Amarillo and CTZ together create deep and dank flavors of sweet, ripe tangerine, pine and hop resin.
