Hey Guys and Gals! NCJ Burger Week kicks off tomorrow (September 24th-October 3rd)! We can’t wait to share our delicious Cajun Cowboy Burger with ya’ll! The Cajun Cowboy is made up of Humboldt Grassfed beef, house made BBQ sauce and Cajun seasoning, and topped with smoked cheddar cheese, bacon (of course!) and a (you guessed it!) house made onion ring. Hey y'all! The Ridgetop crew has some super exciting news...we will be participating in the North Coast Journal's Burger Week! Starting Thursday, September 24th- October 3rd we will be featuring our Cajun Cowboy Burger: Humboldt Grass fed Beef, Housemade cajun spices, BBQ sauce, and onion ring, with smoked cheddar cheese, and bacon!!!
