Summer break is here, but don't think you're entitled a break from your workout. Make this the summer you actually take off the weight, not put it on. You can still have fun, just get your workout in first. Back on the bike tomorrow at 9:30, come get your Ride On!!! You'll be glad you did;)

FYI.... So excited!!! Several of my classes have a waiting list. I decided to purchase two more bikes, they're here and ready to be broken in;) I also wanted to give a shout out to all my amazing riders. You're all doing such a great job. I'm seeing bodies transform and hearing how pounds are dropping and pants are not staying up. I love it!!! Keep up the outstanding effort, you're going to love your body.... My paws r crossed that my mommy's Studio, becomes one of the hottest places to get an amazing workout!!! FYI.. I have 2 spots available for my noon class today.
